a new card from saviors of kamigawa called Twincast is a blue fork. I like the card. its gonna make blue a powerhouse.....again *EDIT* Fork changes the spells color, Twincast does not |

Saviors favors blue as a whole. It's not as blatantly blue-heavy as Torment was for black, but so much of the set wants you to have more cards in your hand, and blue is better than any other color at refilling its hand.

Although mono-blue control is running pretty strong right now in Type 2 tournaments. Of course, a lot of that is due to Vedalken Shackles.
EDIT: Hmm... it seems the board upgrade erased all our HTML coding. Good thing I created a backup copy. It should be back in a day or so, soon as I find it.
