AlurenAlurenI'd give this card an 8/10. It's pretty useful, but it lets your opponent do the same thing, and once you run out of stuff in your hand it's not that great unless you pair it with Recycle or some other mass-card drawing combo. Aluren is definitely a boost to cheap green decks, though.

... Drow PWN Elves. I don't play D&D though, that's just my personal opinion on which is cooler. I like them both. I met this guy on the Wizards boards who said that "Slivers are broken! My sliver deck is undefeated in my playgroup!".  |

i'm sorry to say it but you either have a sad sad playgroup, or the conveniently play horrible decks everytime you use that deck

It isn't him with the deck. It was somebody he met on the Wizards board. And besides, my sliver deck still gets an "oh sh!t" out of at least one person every time I play it (even though it's not that great).

Mostly, but usually somebody means it when it's the sliver deck. Generally either Arcades, who has an irrational dislike of slivers (and overestimates their usefullness, really), or Ragnar, whose decks are a little more on par with my sliver deck and therefore has good cause to worry about it.

I have a sad little playgroup though. That Sunburst deck I put up somewhere, that's dominating it. Of course, it consists of one other player and his and I's little brothers. *SighS* I wish I had someone to play.

Or at least use Magic Workstation to satisfy your Magic cravings.
