1) Can't tell you offhand. Google is the only thing I can think to try.

2) Depends on which pictures. I suspect that the reason the animated Volrath's Stronghold isn't appearing at the moment is because the site Arcades hosted it at stopped hosting it, and he hasn't been online enough to fix that lately. If it's the mana symbols, those just seem to disappear and reappear at random times. Any other pictures.... couldn't tell you.
