As of right now the Onslaught block is type two tournament legal. That means that Onslaught, Legions, Scourge. Also the Mirrodin block is legal, which means Mirrodin, and Darksteel are all tournament legal. There will be one more set in the Mirrodin block before a new block comes out.

Third set in the Mirrodin block is "Fifth Dawn" due out in about two months. A good source for this info is Scrye Magazine, has the listings of what's in each format and any bannings/restrictions for each updated monthly.

I forgot to add that eighth editition is legal as well currently. And to answer your question Piledriver, Wrath of God is legal, and what is the second card you put up? If it is in Eighth, Onslaught, Legions, Scourge, Mirrodin, or Darksteel it is legal. They have no cards banned or restricted from those sets as of yet.
