Can't be the target of spells or effects?

If I play Spiritual Asylum, are existing creature enchantments on my creatures destroyed? I believe that's what happens if a creature gains protection from the color of the enchantment, so I would think that would be the case here as well.

A: No, it stays. An enchantment only target the permanent it enchants while it is on the stack (while it's a spell). When it has come into play and become a permanent, it does not target the creature it enchants

For my white deck i yous Akroma Angel of Wrath because it has Flying,firat strike,trample,haste,protection from black and red it does not cause it self to tap. When i played a friend he played glory and said no damage would be dealt and i used Akroma Angel of Wrath.
