If I draw above seven cards with Necropotence, does that occur before or after my discard phase (basically, if I have six cards and I draw two, do I have to discard one)? |

The cards are placed in your hand at end of turn, before your discard step, so you indeed must discard down to seven. However, any instants you draw this way can be played before you have to discard. For more information, see the Saturday School rulings: Rules: Necropotence |
