It's your enchantment, you choose the new target. Unless it specifies otherwise, all choices a card offers are made by its controller.

It's your enchantment, you choose the new target. Unless it specifies otherwise, all choices a card offers are made by its controller. who, in this instance, is the owner of the card? the owner of the creature or the person who cast the enchantment?

The caster of the enchantment decides the new target. The "you" specified on the card is the controller of that exact card. So any mention of "your" on a creature enchantment is made by the controller of the enchantment itself, not the controller of the creature it enchants.
