Alright, if i have Shared Fate in play, and i play Serum Visions, do i draw from my deck, or do i remove a card from my opponents deck? |

The exact text on Shared Fate reads "If a player would draw a card," therefore any card-drawing spells such as Serum Visions will be replaced with removing a card from the opponent's library the same way you do during your draw step. However, you would still be able to scry your own library for 2 and deprive them of anything you don't want them to have. |
