i have a question. if your opponent attacks, you declare your blockers, but then he casts something like stun on your blocker(s), what happens? does damage go through?

Once blockers have already been declared, casting a spell such as Stun doesn't work. In order for the card (or any other effect that prevents blocking) to have any effect, your opponent has to play it before you declare blockers. This should either be played at the beginning of combat, or after he declares his attackers.

if blockers have been declared, then he can't do anything about it. His creature is blocked. even if he kills it, it's still blocked, so you would not take damage.
