if you take a Death Mask Duplicant and imprint a Magnigoth Treefolk onto it, does the replicant get all the landwalk abilities if you have all five basic lands?

No. Conditional abilities on creatures do not count. Magnigoth Treefolk has swampwalk only if you control a swamp, for example. In order for Death-Mask Duplicant to gain the ability, the imprinted creature must have it unconditionally.
