I've had a lot of fun with this deck so far. If you didn't figure it out from the cards, this deck draws cards very quickly. Between Anvil of Bogardan, Arcanis, and Prosperity, I draw cards very quickly. My opponents also get to draw quicker than normal, but I take care of that problem. Rule of Law and Arcane Laboratory prevent them from playing very much, and with Ertai I can counter whatever they try to play. In fact, I want opponents to get cards in their hand because then the Viselings and Black Vises cripple opponents. Also, the more cards I have in my hand, the stronger Ivory Tower and Empyrial Armor get. This deck has been great so far. I've also determined that Words of Wind and Arcanis makes a brutal combo.
So, tell me what you think of this deck. Good? Bad? Suggestions to make it better? I'm considering throwing two more Ivory Towers in there, but I'm not sure if that's a good idea or not.

Although I've playtested it against my other decks a couple times, and I learned that it doesn't take off as well if I don't draw Arcanis early on. Thankfully, I've had exceptionally good luck with that most of the time, as I generally get him in either my starting hand, or within the first five turns or so.

Made a few changes to this deck, including adding a second Arcanis, cutting the Ankh, and a couple other things.

Best defense against this deck; don't wait to attack. Do all you can as fast as you can. If you wait too long, you're screwed. It's a great deck and very well thought out.

Although I need to make it faster somehow...

faster in what way? faster creatures? more mana production?

Both, really. If I happen to draw Academy and cheap artifacts, then mana isn't much of a problem, but I have a small number of creatures in the deck (even less since I trimmed out the Tolarian Entrancers), so being swarmed by fast creature decks is one of this deck's biggest problems.

yeah, thats probably why its only 2 singles losses are to an elf deck and a spike deck.

Added another Prosperity for greater card-drawing, as well as a couple other surprises that none of you will like whenever you run across them... ;D

Ever find that card you were missing from the deck? I'm not recognizing it in the list above, but I can't remember it either so maybe I'm just missing it. By the way, I think this is one of the best multi-player decks I've ever seen. It has answers for almost anything.

That's because the list above is years outdated. I was looking for Pursuit of Knowledge as a way to stop myself from drawing, instead of the somewhat more unwieldy Words of Wind. A quick look through my stored deck lists on my computer tells me that I never had it in this deck, and I must have been temporarily crazy. Instead it's been in my black/white deck (the one with Yawgmoth's Bargain) for quite awhile now. Also, remember that turn where I ended up having to discard a huge chunk of my deck? That's because I gambled on drawing an Anvil of Bogardan and failed to get one.

Ah ok; well it worked out well enough for you.

Yeah, I suppose it did. I'd like to improve that deck so it can be a little more consistent, but I dunno what to do with it.
