Here's my build on what seems to be a common idea for decks with Kamigawa out: 4x Brothers Yamazaki4x Samurai of the Pale Curtain4x Kitsune Blademaster4x Kondas's Hatamoto3x Nagao, bound by honor4x Blessed Breath4x Glacial Ray4x Electrostatic Bolt4x Magma Jet3x Test of Faith11x plains11x MountainHere's my rundown on it: Konda's Hatamoto is a house if you have a legendary Samurai so that's the reason for Nagao and Brothers. Both are solid attackers. The red is mainly for board control, and I don't realy need too many Arcane spells other then the 8 I have since I try to splice them onto each other, but if I can't, no biggie. The Tests and Breaths are great tricks to keep your guys out as well as the secondary option of the breath to keep your opponent from enchanting/ aiding his creatures. Pale curtain is a solid bear and locks down modular, soulshift, and disciple of the vault. I'm still considering other options and for now the only sideboard card I have is Hearth Kami cause I already lost big to Isochron. BTW, it's on the cheap since I HATE using rares and the land ratio is even cause I was too lazy to do it properly. |

i played the deck today and he couldn't play anything cause my ping deck just killed everything hahahahahaha. u C jake the pile of Ramdoness that was under my bad is good cause it beat that crap......but its fine and also u forgot to add the Raise alerms

Oh. My. God. Sal, you really need to work on your grammer/spelling. Everytime I try to read one of your posts it's like an excercise in decryption. I've seen Assembler code that was easier to understand than some of the things you write. But in response, he did win. After some thought here are a couple of changes I'm bringing in: 1)Taking out 2 glacial ray and two mountains for Chrome Mox. I really needed the speed boost. 2)Replacing the Kitsune with Isochron scepter. Yeah, this one is kind of funny since in my original post I pretty much said "I lost badly to Isochron since there isn't too much artifact removal main decked now and it works amazingly well in a deck that runs a lot of 1-2 casting cost instants like mine. Don't know how I'll effectively stop it". Ironic that one of the best options was LITERALLY staring me in the face as I typed it. Oh well, pobody's nerfect. |

Hey Sal, what's that avatar? Can't quite read it. Not big on Test of Faith. If it works though, then I guess you should keep it. But I would think it wouldn't. |

You should post the new decklist. I think that the deck is too verunable to Ping Ya's dumb deck. You should consider Eight and a half tails because it will help you, you should also use the pro color card, and cut the isocron. You have to be as fast as you can and not be the control deck in any match-up |

o ya i told him yesterday that he should put 8 1/2 tales but hes hard headed like that and doens't do anything then he finds out i was right then i go Cock in his Face lol not literally its just a hand jesture we all do at the Shop
