Well, as you told me at the event itself, it didn't really have a way to deal with Tooth & Nail. That was a pretty big oversight. Otherwise it looks pretty decent.

ya thats true the deck didn't have a way to Deal wit Tooth & Nail. Also heres a list in which it can deal wit other decks:
Any aggro decks
Any Aggro/Control decks
Any Control Decks besides Mono Black
and i think it could deal wit iron works

I don't think you need 24 lands total. Maybe 11 blue and 9 green or some variant of that. I think 20 lands would be okay, no more than 22 though.

Hinder is a better counter than Rewind in my opinion, because it's cheaper. Also, have you considered using Kodama's Reach to alleviate that mana problem?

i would rather use Rewind cause the card basically costs Zero to play if u have 4 mana open and most likely u do in this deck and no reashes cause i have sakura-Tribe elder

i was wrong about the reaches they work very well becasuse it helps thin out my deck so i can get my witnesses and counters out
