The Condescends won't be cheap either probably.

1x Rude Awakening
2x Chrome Mox
2x Mindslaver
3x Sensei's Divining Top

Sideboard:

2x Rude Awakening
3x Oxidize
2x Boseiju
2x Plains
2x Wrath of God
4x Defense Grid

This build runs the same as all other Tooth decks but powers it with Vernal Blooms. I've toothed as early as turn 3 with this build.
