That's what I'd think. Saturday School has no rulings on Vesuva yet, only on the Doppelganger it's named after. And there wasn't anything there about copying Legends that I saw. But I'd be inclined to think that, as a copy of Gaea's Cradle, it'd become legendary.

But it becomes a copy, right? So that means it takes on the legend descriptor as well, wouldn't it? It doesn't say that its name remains Vesuva.

Yeah, I think by "copy" it would mean it takes the name as well.
