Okay, I'm gonna break down my comments by category.
Artifacts
I like the Mana Stones. I would actually consider using them in certain decks, especially if I needed just a splash of a certain color.
Black
Balancing Scales is quite nice. I'd definitely use that in my discard deck.
Death Wish might be a little cheap for its ability. I would adjust the casting cost to 1B. Wouldn't be all that different, really.
Depraved Vampire is basically a black counterpart to Warrior Angel. I like it.
Knight of the Stars could be a little better for 3 mana. Maybe add first strike or another ability?
I think Soul Sap is just about right for its casting cost. I can see this in a black anti-creature deck as a way to remove black creatures.
Vampire Hunter can probably be combined with some of those blue cards that adjust creature type to be quite nasty.
Vile Deed is a nice card. It's totally worth 1 life to cycle a hand full of cards that you don't want at the moment, and it can be a fast way to threshold as well.
Blue
I've always liked the concept of Air Conditoner of Rath as a blue counterpart to the Furnace. It has been suggested once that the picture could be Volrath with a beard of icicles.
Gel Elemental isn't too bad of a card. It'd allow you to block a sliver deck with Shifting Sliver in play, for one thing.
Iced Earth - Nice just for the band name. Take that, Cabal Coffers!
Green
Centaur Scouting Party is a decent quick creature. Could fit in a fast creature deck.
Cry of the Land has the potential to be really nasty. Is it just your lands or everybody's lands? I can think of some nasty uses for it either way.
Elder Treefolk makes Treefolk a viable creature type, although I think it would be a little better if he cost one more and also gave Treefolk forestwalk.
Elephant Pack Leader also makes Elephants more viable. I think if he cost one more and also gave all Elephants trample (if they don't already have it) that would be even better.
Fat of the Land is a lot like Vernal Bloom, but not quite the same. Only affecting you is a bonus, plus it doesn't specify just forests, so anything can produce an extra green mana. I shudder to think what you could do with this and a Killer Bees.
Swamp Thing is a lot like Force of Nature, except that he costs two more and is a legend. I think he should probably have swampwalk.
