If I ever won the Yearly Invitational, I would design this:

Rare

That's it. I would be the most hated man on the planet since everytime someone bought a pack of the set it was in, hoping to get one of the good rares, they'd see the silver border, zero casting cost, and say "Fuck, another Rock!"
Then again, I'm sure it would end up being the most collected card on the planet, with hundreds of weirdos working to get the most Rocks in their collection.
