Impossible Comeback Casting cost: 2 Instant If you lost the game for any reason this turn, you instead do not lose the game. Your life total becomes 10, you lose all poison counters, and if you lost to a "target player loses the game" effect or a "you win the game" effect controlled by an opponent, destroy that card. Flavor text: "No, it can't be! You're--" "Dead? Apparently not. But you soon will be."

hehehe, i like that. I recognize the flavor text. the card reminds me of a little "dodge" tactic a friend used to use....

Well, I thought about how Wizards tried to push the envelope with Fifth Dawn, coming up with cards like Eon Hub that do things never before done in Magic. Mindslaver and Upwelling are other cards that mess with sorta basic elements of the game. So, I thought to myself, "where would they go next?" I thought it would be cool to make a card that brings you back from the dead, but it has to be expensive, and I couldn't bring myself to give it to any one color, so I made it all 5.

Wouldn't it have to be an instant, since you dont get a turn after you lose. You would need to play it the same turn you were "killed"

Planeswalker's Shield 6 Artifact If a spell or ability causes you to lose the game, counter it and remove Planeswalker's Shield from the game. "Oh boy, I hope I don't have to use this"
