I would love to have it made with a picture and all. I know its a bit undercosted but i wanted it to mirror Wrath of God and Shatterstorm . |

yeah seriously, that is way undercosted. dismiss is the same cost and its counter target spell, draw a card. if forget the other counterspell that cant be countered, and it has the same cost. bump it up one blue and one colorless and it should be ok then |

Of course, you could argue that Wrath of God and Shatterstorm are undercosted too. Don't forget that Uber Counterspell counters anything you have on the stack too. And if you don't have anything on the stack, then it's really just a single counterspell, in which case it's not overcosted.
