This card, which I thought up while making my Creating an entire set thread, takes Buyback, everyone's favorite spell ability, and puts a new spin on it. This time, the buyback itself is the spell's benefit, whereas the effect of the spell is, most of the time anyway, not all that desirable.

At first, the spell may look overcosted, but think of this: Buyback is part of the cost of the spell, therefore it occurs even if the spell is countered. If you cast Forbid with buyback, and your Forbid is hit with Last Word, then you still discard the cards. Therefore, with Psychic Bull Rush, the creature will get sent back to owner's hand even if the spell itself is countered. In fact, you could counter the spell yourself to avoid losing the top 5 cards of your deck!
