I like the concept of the cards, particularly the first one (not a fan of anime so I'm not that interested in the last two). But your phrasing is a bit.... awkward.

For Kal-El, it might be better to say "When Kal-El comes into play, put a Kryptonian counter on it. Kal-El is indestructible as long as it has a Kryptonian counter."

Also, the use of a counter instead of just saying that he's indestructible means you should be able to use the counter for something. I'm not really sure what you would use it for, but that's just how it seems to me. But this gives me an idea for another card:

X, : Remove all Kryptonian counters from target creature with casting cost X.
