 Jester's CapI give the card a 7. Good way to knock 3 cards out of their deck, but most self-respecting decks can handle that and not be hurt too badly. Really, the best use for it is in tandem with other card pullers like Lobotomy and Rootwater Thief. |

Exactly why I would liek to get my hands on a few for my merfolk deck. Also designed a deck using cards like this wit Millstone, Grindstone, and Helm of Obediance.

Note I rated it that way because the card is really fun to play with and changed Magic alot, not because I think it's particularly good.

Not bad, but now b/c of newer sets its obsolete. But its still a good card.
