Jester's CapI give the card a 7. Good way to knock 3 cards out of their deck, but most self-respecting decks can handle that and not be hurt too badly. Really, the best use for it is in tandem with other card pullers like Lobotomy and Rootwater Thief.

Exactly why I would liek to get my hands on a few for my merfolk deck. Also designed a deck using cards like this wit Millstone, Grindstone, and Helm of Obediance.

Note I rated it that way because the card is really fun to play with and changed Magic alot, not because I think it's particularly good.
