Stroke of Genius is easy to fix. Make it so that it can only target you or change it so it says the target player "may" draw X cards.

I cant remember the name of this card or exactly what it does but maybe you guys can help me figure out what I am thinking of with my description...It is the card that makes an opponent discard two cards from the top of their library and if they are the same color, repeat the process.
I hate that card because its death to single color decks.
