i'd have to agree with senger here if you allready have it out then you play a card like thorn elemental and put lighting greaves for 0, 7 damage to a opponent and then your opponents cant destroy it unless they want to risk alot (or a few depending on the deck) creatures to kill it. |

It's pretty good. Definitely one of the best equipment cards, and that's saying something. Skullclamp may be better, but Lightning Greaves is definitely up there. As a matter of fact, I just bought one. |

Lightning Greaves. When we went to Pastimes. Skullclamp costs more than I'm willing to pay for an uncommon at the moment.
