I think Eon Hub is so wrong that it makes Mindslaver seem absolutely fair. What does everyone else think?

I wouldn't go as far as to say it makes Mindslaver fair, but yeah, it's definitely wrong. Just look at all the things you can play with without having to worry about their balancing downsides:

Minion of Leshrac
Lord of the Pit
Polar Kraken
Cosmic Larva
Infernal Darkness
Naked Singularity
Force of Nature
Aboroth
Demonic Hordes
Grinning Demon
and there's a whole lot more...

On the other hand, look at all the things you can screw over if your opponents are playing them:

The Rack
Rackling
Iron Maiden
Wheel of Torture
Mortal Combat
Coalition Victory
Test of Endurance
Epic Struggle
Battle of Wits
Darksteel Reactor (to a lesser extent)
Panoptic Mirror
Bringer of the Black Dawn
Bringer of the Blue Dawn
Bringer of the Green Dawn
Bringer of the Red Dawn
Bringer of the White Dawn

So yeah, Eon Hub is definitely worth taking out with a Naturalize, Crumble, Oxidize, or something.
