This guy owns a card grading company and he has a YouTube channel with various videos, but in some of his videos he is talkin gwith Magic artists. This particular video is one of the ones where he talks with Jeff Menges about some of his custom art for Magic fans. I personally really like Jeff's work; he did cards like the original Zombie Master, Swords to Plowshares, Bazaar of Baghdad, Moat, etc.

Besides interviews with Jeff he also interviews a bunch of the older artists like Dan Frazier, I.E. Mr. Mox and a lot of the these artists are really funny. Douglas Schuler if more of nerd than all of us combound, for example.

I was watching the video with Dan Frazier and the early artists only got $50 per card and $50 in stock; which at the time was nothing. The funny thing is that Dan Frazier was pulled into doing Magic art by Jesper, the original Magic Art Director, and Dan chose to do the moxen because he said it sounded easy lol.
