As I've stated I GOt the graveborn deck and as is its good but I want to modify it. Any suggestions I thought that maybe a few Bog Witch would be useful to produce mana as well as well get creatures in the graveyard. Bone Dancer I thought would be fun too.

Well anything that puts stuff in the graveyard will work and you can be creative here. In my deck I use Careful Study, for example. Cards like Brainstorm or Ponder are good too because they let you stack your library. Of course you have the big ones like Entomb and Bazaar of Baghdad, for the vintage versions of the deck. Fetch lands are good to because they effectively get two lands out of your library in one turn and increase your chance of getting what you really want. Of course for reanimating you have Reanimate, Exhume, Animate Dead, and if you decide to put an Emrakul in the deck you can use Shallow Grave. As for creatures the typical ones are the ones in my deck, but you can put any in that you like. Typically you want a creature that does things as it enters play or at least cripples your opponent(s) like Iona, Shield of Emeria or Elesh Norn, Grand CenobiteAlternatly for opponents that do things like empty your graveyard or play things like Leyline of the Void you may want some Echoing Truths in the deck as well as something like Show and Tell

Unburial Rites I use too, but its a tad expensive for tournament use but for casual play it works.

If you add another color outside of black, blue is really the best choice. Ken already mentioned Careful Study. I don't own any of those but Frantic Search fills the same role. Fact or Fiction is another good one for both drawing cards and getting creatures into your graveyard. I usually have a Putrid Imp or two so you can put creatures you draw into the graveyard for reanimation.

Blue is a good isea and I'm looking into it but Show and Tell is beyond my price range. That's like 40 bucks a piece..

Yeah depending on if you plan on playing this deck just casually or tournaments will affect how much you need Show and Tell. Casually with us you definitely won't because we don't play graveyard hate like Leyline of the Void, Yixlid Jailer, and Tormod's Crypt; Well I use Tormods in my Death Pit Offering Deck but other than that you won't have much problem. Now if you plan on using the deck in tournaments and can't swing the cost for Show and Tells I say load up on bounce cards like Echoing Truth and/or you can do the Shallow Grave + Emrakul, the Aeons Torn combo.

I lack the funds to run this really well through tournaments. Out of the box unaltered its sound and a few changes I've made work better. It's just the extra entombs and show and tells would run me deep into debt. I understand why they are expensive and I get why tournaments are cut throat but for me this decks strictly casual. I have just one of the praetors being Sheolred and I really like that one a lot.
