Funny enough most of the cards I need are really cheap so this should be an easy enough deck to build. The Snapcasters and Blightsteel are probably the most expensive, but a lot of the other cards are under a $1.

Looks like it should be reasonably effective. Personally I find mono-blue control excruciatingly boring to play (hence why I never play mine), but you've already got some of it so you might as well.
Many control decks, especially ones that depend on counters, tend to lose some effectiveness in multiplayer in my experience, but since you're wielding some of those insane creatures they've come out with like Blightsteel Colossus and Inkwell Leviathan, you might still be alright.

Yeah in multi-player this deck may not fair too well, but hopefully by having all those counters and bounce spells it will help along with the big creatures. Since I had the key cards I figured its worth making a deck regardless.
