Y'know, I never understood why blue got zombies and zombie-related cards. Whatever happened to the color wheel?
Anyway, this looks pretty decent. I think Blackcleave Goblin is a bit expensive for what it is, and would be a much better creature if it cost one mana less. But then I suspect they made it cost 4 specifically so that you can't get it in first turn with a Dark Ritual.
The only suggestion I have is that Metathran Zombie really isn't that good. You might benefit from a few more instants and sorceries that clear the way for your zombies, maybe some removal spells or something?

Thanks for the advice this isn't a finished project. The color wheel was broken some time ago and although Innistrad tried to explain blue zombies the explination to me is funny due to older cards. Black zombies were supernatural while blue were stitched together like Frankenstein's monster. Funny since it is in fact a black card. One I should get for fun since I have rooftop storm.

I don't know if I've had a chance to play this one yet but should be fun to play against.

Haven't used it yet. Used the spirit and vampire decks last time.
