www.channelfireball.com/articles/adam-barnello/recurring-nightmares-reviewing-the-m14-rules-changes/The Legendary Rule/Planeswalker Rule changes to only check your side of the field and if you have more than one you choose one and sacrifice it. Indestructibility becomes a keyword Sideboards can be up to 15 cards instead of 15 exactly, and no longer is sideboarding only 1 for 1, can add things or take things away, deck just has to remain 60 or more cards and side board cannot exceed 15 at any time. The new land play rules are a bit confusing and not even going to try to explain them. most of it makes sense to me, especially the sideboarding bit, but it will take some getting use to.

I think the change to the Legend rule is unnecessary and bad, and also hugely undermines the flavor aspect of Magic. The first change to the rule made sense and was actually pretty good. This change is not.
The rest of it either mostly affects tournament play (which I couldn't give two shits about), or mostly only matters in highly specific situations, like the land rule.
The sideboarding change makes sense, but like I said it doesn't affect me in any way as a purely casual player.
