With TCG player state championships coming up, this is what I plan on running.
2 Spellheart Chimera 3 Goblin Electromancer 2 Aetherling 2 Stormbreath Dragon
3 Turn / Burn 3 Mizzium Morter 4 Counterflux 4 Shock 4 Syncopate 2 Steam Augury 4 Dissolve
2 Jace, Memory Adept 2 Ral Zarek
4 Steam Vents 3 Izzet Guildgate 9 Island 7 Mountain
don't really have a sideboard yet other than Swansong for matchups against decks built around gods.

I ended up changing to a Grixis build the night before, though I ended up 3/3/0 at states, didn't think it was terrible for my first tournament above FNM. I've now changed to an Esper Build. Havent had the chance to test it yet.
2 Aetherling 2 Obzedat, Ghost Council
4 Creatures
2 Sphinx's Revelation 3 Dissolve 2 Syncopate 3 Far/Away 3 Render Silent
13 Instants
2 Divination 3 Supreme Verdict
5 Sorcery
3 Detention Sphere 1 Heliod, God of the Sun 1 Erebos, God of the Dead
5 Enchantment
4 Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver 1 Jace, Architect of Thought
5 Planeswalker
4 Hallowed Fountain 4 Godless Shrine 4 Watery Grave 4 Temple of Deceit 4 Temple of Silence 5 Island
25 Land
partial side board
2 Thoughtseize 2 Pithing Needle 2 Jace, Memory Adept 1 Render Silent
Sidenote - Was able to pick up a Godless Shrine from Guildpact signed by Rob Alexander the other day.

Very cool and congrats. Yeah not bad record at all. Tournaments can be very stressful and difficult so props for going and trying out the deck.

I was expecting a lot of creature based decks throughout the tournament, instead I played control variants for 4 of the 6 rounds, including 3 straight rounds that went to time, so it definately wore me down throughout the day. This happened to be the first time i've actually tried to put control together, which is why the build keeps changing so drastically, always been an aggro player.
