not necessarily a noob question. I just pay more attention to story than most people. I can bet you that at most only one other admin on here knew all 5. 3 out of the 4 of us have been playing since like tempest era or before, and one of us has been playing since Invasion, i think

Probably has something to do with the fact that I don't give a d**n about the story. I fail to see why a wizard like Arcanis is called a pit fighter.....

because he was one of many people that faught in the Cabal Pits (aka the Arena) to make money. The 5 legends that were stated earlier were some of the more successful ones.

well okay, but why isn't Ixidor's effect better? i mean, he can just spawn anything, like a hot dog, with just a thought. why is it then, that his effect is plain crap? wouldn't it be cool, if you could spawn hot dogs with reckless abandon at any time you so desired?

The thing is, he need something to sculpt into the hot dog. hence the ability to flip morphed cards. he takes a shapeless thing and turns it into a creature (or a hot dog if he so chooses)

... Yes. But why not hot dogs? That'd be cool if you could pay an additonal, I dunno, 2UUU, to search your deck for a creature and switch it with that creature.
