not all tornys r 30 bucks some of them range out from 15-30 but usually it depends on what type of tournment u r attending, like The JSS(junior Super Series) its only $15 and the PTQ(pro Tour Qualifer) they range about 15-20 buck, if u think about it if u are runing the right deck, and you know its solid then u shoulnd't have any problems

... There are none in my area, not within in thirty miles anyway. And there's no way my parents are driving me farther than that. (In a related irony, I caught my dad in a good mood and he said he'd take me to a Wizards shop to attend the tourney there <This was last week>. And then we found out it had shut down last month. )

A Wizards shop by us shut down as well. They couldn't afford the prices to stay in the mall. Gamers Paradise took all their customers. But isn't a little ironic that Gamers drove out the Wizards store, yet Gamers is selling Wizards products?

Isn't it also strange that Gamers Paradise has higher prices and a worse selection, and yet somehow managed to beat the Wizards store?

And of course now Gamers Paradise is gone as well (the whole chain as far as I know), meaning that there are not many gaming stores around these days.

Yeah its gotten pretty hard for brick and mortar stores to compete with the internet and evil bay. In all honesty the last several decks I built were done so with cards I bought online just because of prices, and if Astro doesn't have it I'm not about to go anywhere else.
