I know thekadar81 uses this combo, or something like it, in his Cleric deck: 2 Daru Spiritualist, Lightning Greaves, and Starlit Sanctum. Basically, you equip the Lightning Greaves back and forth, boosting the toughness of your clerics infinitely, and then sacrifice one to Starlit Sanctum for infinite life.

Or if you don't mind going into a second color, Seal of Cleansing works pretty well too. Especially since you don't have to pay for it that turn; you can have it already in play.

I actually just figured this one out, but Isochron Scepter, Counterspell, and Arcane Laboratory work well together. Just imprint the Counterspell on the Isochron Sceptor, and then get Arcane Lab into play. Your opponent will be completely shut down (unless they have a land deck...). You'd just have to make sure that you leave 2 lands untapped for your opponent's turn so you could use the Sceptor.

You can screw them even worse with Memory Lapse instead of Counterspell because then they will just keep drawing the same card over and over again. But that's just mean, so I wouldn't do it.

I'm building a deck around this one: Æther Flash, Dingus Staff and Varchild's War-Riders. Basically, Æther Flash negates the upkeep of the War-Riders, vaporizing the tokens as soon as they come into play on my opponent's side. Once Dingus Staff hits the table, he will now take 2 damage for each token he would have gotten.
